Yes, there is a guarantee of availability and quality of goods offered by the system members. The guarantee is a fee of 2% of the estimated value of the goods offered (primary goods). The system member deposits the fee upon acceptance of his application, and is reimbursed upon transaction completion. At present producers are free of the guarantee fee.

If the company does not have an amount equivalent to 2% of the goods or services offered, then it cannot submit an application to participate in the system. The 2% guarantee fee is required to ensure the accuracy of the information of the goods offered.
